RAYLEIGH ROCHFORD and CASTLE POINT
TALKING NEWSPAPERS for the BLIND
The Talking Newspapers provide a service of local news, information
and articles from the Evening Echo and other papers, read by our
teams of volunteers on to cassette tapes.
These are sent, entirely free of charge, to anyone in these districts
who is blind, partially sighted, or simply has difficulty in reading.
There is no need to be registered blind.
The tapes arrive by post, in padded wallets,
every fortnight, with FREEPOST return labels.
And we can even provide cassette players on loan
or those who do not have their own.
If you want to know what's going on locally and can't manage to
read the paper, or would like to know more about what we do,
Telephone: Ann Willis, Secretary, on (01702) 205169
or
Janet Berry, Chairman, on (01702) 541410
