Keep Fit Class

Every Monday

10.30 – 12.15 am

 

Jean Rice will be coaching a keep fit class for people of all abilities.  Everyone is welcome however those with medical conditions

must consult with their doctor before attending the group.  

Please bring a mat or towel to lie on and a bottle of still water.

 

£3 per session

Information about your eye condition and a chance to try out

equipment and techniques to make the most of your sight.

 

A chance to meet others with similar problems and share experiences

 

Five different weekly sessions

 

Course starting on Tuesday 17th August

Join us at this ever popular supermarket for a cookery demonstration

in their studio.  You will be given the chance to make the dish

demonstrated, meet with your friends and spend time in the store

shopping before departing for home.
